Anyone who didn't get to the last (LVMOC) Simeone visit is invited to come down and join a sister club for a Sunday tour, with FOOD afterwards.   PM me for info, as I dare not mention any more particulars right now.

Not certain I was allowed to even mention  other club's names here, without the OK of the higher ups.  If I can go into detail, post so, and I'll give more info.  I've got a verbal OK for this from the Board of that club, but it isn't set in stone.  Doesn't mean the LVMOC can't have its own group doing the same thing, at the same time, eating the same food.  I'll add more details early next week.

Wondering...  Is there a reason that you all can't say "the other clubs" name?   We 'are' neighboring clubs, shouldn't we occasionally be sharing events and things together?   Just asking...

You guys just seem to want to start trouble. I'm sure Ed can mention Del Val Miata Club here and we would be happy to cross post events on our page from LVMOC. The technicality is that the event has not been approved by the board per our procedures, should happen in the next day or so. Since it largely a formality have fun posting it hereLaughing Out Loud.

I believe that it is safe to say that LVMOC has no objection to anyone mentioning that “other clubs name” in spite of the fact that they all drive those funny looking tiny two seater Miata’s.

Curt is correct in that saying that we sometimes post our LVMOC events at the Del Val site, as well as other club sites, especially our Drive to Survive fundraiser that takes place in October. That is why many clubs have forums dedicated to Other Club Events, so that Miata Lovers can get together and share.

Those with dual membership already know this, but it is worth repeating, many of our members support both clubs through membership. In fact, Curt was a paid LVMOC member since 2007, and Denise, the Del Val President, has been a member at LVMOC since 2005.

Note to self, remember to put up that article thanking the long-term members of LVMOC and reminding members of 2010 dues.

OK,  now it is official....  DELVAL is doing the Simeone museum on Sunday March 21st.   We will meet around 10:00 AM at the museum parking lot, do a tour, maybe guided, then do a short ride to Chickey and Pete's for recuperation and relaxation.  All welcome,  cost is $12 for adults,  might be $10 if we get 12 plus visitors.   Meal is self catered (i.e. you pay).  If anyone from the frozen north wants to come down, maybe a caravan could be organized.   visit the offical site,  simeonefoundation.org for more info.
