Looks like 5 inches or so of some WET heavy snow.  I managed to get out early this time before it melted any and became too wet and heavy for the snow blower.

About 1 1/2 to 2" in Mountain Top; less than an inch in Wilkes-Barre, and none north of Wilkes-Barre.

22" as measure by my invisible ruler, the one that can't be seen, but can be read, as in looking out the back deck,  and observing the level of snow sitting atop my

A/C unit.

Still snowing here, expect the total here in DE to be around 25-26 inches total.  Got my tenant to run down the driveway with his plow, still had to dig the sidewalk, all 200 feet .  I did make it to my shop building, and he did that too.  Actually, the main roads are sort of passable, not in my miata, but certainly in the Forester, if driven in a reasonable and prudent manner, as in 30 MPH max.

We got a little over a foot (nearly 13"Wink, it took me about 9 hours to clear the driveway out.  The real fun was at the end, we have about 60 yards of gravel alleyway after our driveway, so to "clear" that out I just used the Subaru Smile  I felt like Ken Block a bit.. . I love snow driving!

Willow Grove here...   My back yard at the lowest point is 12 inches...   seems to average about 2 ft. with a few drifts that go higher.   The Miata is sitting comfortably in the garage until spring gets here...  :-)

Well, to answer Lou's question, we got about 8 inches in Flemington.  That wouldn't be so bad, but the driveway is 600 feet long, and steeply sloped up to the house.

We got about 15" with drifts up to about 30". Our snowblower handled it very well. We spent a few hours Saturday afternoon clearing the main driveway and about 2.5 hours yesterday clearing the barn driveway.

More on the way tomorrow into Wednesday! Maybe up to a foot.   Crazy Thumbdown

My Miata hasn't been out of the garage for about 3 weeks.  Sad

Hey Bill,

My Ariens was bogging down at the end of the day when I tried to do yet another neighbors driveway.  Turns out that in the five years that I've had it, I never once took the time to adjust the blower belts as it was always too cold when I thought about it, and when it was warm, I didn't think about it.  Sort of like that leak in the barn roof.

Not Good! Embarrased

I'll be picking up a spare belt, but meanwhile I've tightened it down to factory settings.  Let's hope it works for the next big storm as it's too cold to change it now Roll Eyes
